Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

A customer can request the cancellation of a property booking (Plot/Home) by submitting a formal written application at our registered head office or via the official email address.

• Cancellation requests must be initiated by the primary applicant listed in the booking documents.
• Requests made via telephone or verbal communication will not be considered valid until a written confirmation is received.

2. Refund Eligibility & Deductions

The refund amount depends on the stage of the project and the timing of the cancellation request:

• Administrative Charges: A fixed percentage or amount (as specified in your booking agreement) will be deducted from the total paid amount as administrative and processing fees.
• Non-Refundable Amounts: Any taxes paid to the government (like GST), stamp duty, or legal verification charges already processed are strictly non-refundable.
• Associate Commissions: If the booking was done through an associate, the commission paid/accrued may also be subject to deduction as per company terms.

3. Refund Timeline

We process all approved refund requests through secure banking channels (Cheque or NEFT/RTGS) to ensure transparency.

• The standard processing time for a refund is 30 to 45 working days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
• Cash refunds are strictly not entertained under any circumstances.

4. Force Majeure

Amitabh Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any delays in refunds or project completions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government policy changes, or legal stay orders.
